Roles & ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell cosmetic, beauty, and personal care products through social media and in-store/online channels.Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form videos showcasing products, demonstrations, reviews, and offers.Confidently appear on camera and present products in an attractive and persuasive manner.Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.Convert social media inquiries and leads into actual sales.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beauty and cosmetic products.Demonstrate product features, benefits, usage, and application techniques.Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.Help develop creative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and social media content.Monitor social media trends and create content based on trending formats, sounds, and topics.Maintain product knowledge, pricing, offers, and inventory awareness.Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.Coordinate with the team for order processing, delivery, and customer support.Track basic social media performance and identify content that generates the most engagement and sales.Desired Candidate ProfileFemale candidate with a confident, friendly, and energetic personality.Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, retail sales, or social media sales is preferred.Must be comfortable appearing in videos and speaking confidently on camera.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.Ability to create attractive short-form videos using mobile phone/editing applications.Strong sales and convincing skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to turn social media engagement and inquiries into sales.Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.Good English communication skills; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Nepali would be an advantage depending on your target customers.Previous experience working with TikTok/Instagram beauty or cosmetics content will be a strong advantage.Must be target-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative.UAE/Dubai sales experience is preferred.Candidates who can provide examples of previous social media videos/content will be preferred.NOTE:- This is a sales-focused role. The candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging social media content to generate leads and drive product sales.
