Job Description

Responsible for assigned targets within the area allocated. Managing workflow Day to day activities control by managing the sales force.Training new hires and existing, by accompany the individual every now and then, on the floor. Creating and managing team route plan and review for any changes. Reporting to the line manager, with daily updates pertaining to the stipulated plan. Evaluating performance of team members and providing feedback, accordingly, and planning tailor made training by identifying the individuals strengths and weaknesses, if needed.
