Sales ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team?Motivating and inspiring team in positive manner?Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence?Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives?Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs?Enhance the companys reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all time?Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team?Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status?To complete all relevant documentation and comply with office administration procedures regarding paperwork and quality assurance.?Participate in marketing promotions and on-campus activities by coordinating and participating in them.?Prepare plans, lease offers, and other documents related to new and existing tenancies.?Solve problems of clients by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions?Ensure that all sales and leasing staff are well trained and encouraged in order to meet the companys revenue goals.Requirements:?Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration or a related field?Proven work experience of a minimum of 4 years, being a successful sales manager in the real estate industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets?Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences?Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization?Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close?Strong business sense and industry expertise?Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills?Good communication and negotiation skills?Leadership quality?Excellent command of written and spoken English?Must have U.A.E. Driving License and own car
