Sales ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Management and development of the sales team, including training and development for Asst. Sales Directors, Sales Managers & Property consultants?Maintaining productivity and standards within the department and ensuring the sales team is motivated and focused?Management and distribution of sales leads?Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships Generating new business and revenue?Ensuring the department is achieving targeted KPIs & sales target?Ensuring strong team morale in the team prevails whilst leading by example?Actively going out and creating new sales opportunities as well as generating new clientsPerson Specifications:?Atleast 10-12 years of sales experience within a renowned real estate developer within the UAE?Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in English. Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage?Ability to demonstrate a successful sales & team development/performance track record?Excellent network of investors?Creative, strong, motivated, and energetic
