Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive for Polished Diamonds Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and promote our polished diamond products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities :

  • Must have 3 to 5 years experience in selling Polished Diamond B2B.
  • Should have knowledge on 4Cs, Certified and Non certified Diamonds.
  • Must be fluent in English. Arabic knowledge is also preferable.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrate knowledge of diamond products and market trends.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Sales Executive with ERP Knowledge & MS office required for a leading Diamond Group for their Dubai Office.
Requirements :
  • Proven sales experience in the diamond or luxury goods industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of polished diamonds, including grading, certification, and market trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, and close sales deals.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events and trade shows.
