Job Description

The Sales Engineer role is a pivotal position within the maritime and marine engineering industry, particularly in the context of marketing and marine transport services. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the maritime sector to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  2. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the companys offerings.
  3. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and product development.
  6. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the companys products and services.
  7. Provide post-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  8. Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  9. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
  10. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Preferred Candidate:
