?Maintain Sales records, daily, monthly & yearly closing reports to the sales team and sales managers.?Process orders, follow-up deliveries, and price updates.?Provide a variety of support services to the sales team, including documentation, reporting, proposals, order process, and deliveries. ?Handle Customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit, and follow up to ensure resolution.?To keep track of stocks, analyze operational performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.?Coordination with the Logistics department and ensure timely delivery of goods.?Daily analysis of target and sales to monitor the team?s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Keyskills :
-3 yrs experience in a similar rolepreferably from FMCG/Cosmetics/Personal Care industry.?Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular) ?Good communication and coordination skills.
