Job Description

Job Title: Sales Associate Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, they will use their knowledge of interior design to assist clients in selecting the right products for their needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and prospect new business through networking, and other sales tactics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including product recommendations and design advice.
  • Use knowledge of interior design to assist clients in selecting the right products for their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet the clients expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in sales with interior design experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Admin skills preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the interior design industry and current trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
