Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):Responsible for concept, schematic, detailed, tender and construction drawingsPrepare drawings according to the standards and terms of the company and clientsCreating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applicationsWorking around factors i.e., international building codes and local lawsWorking closely with fellow members within the organisationResolving any problems that may arise during construction phaseKey Requirements:Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience within Architecture designMust have a Bachelors degree in ArchitectureMust be familiar with International and Local building codesProficient in EnglishRegistered with the local authority would be advantageous (Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality)Proficiency with REVIT, Photoshop, SketchUp, Naviswork, BIM 360Good demonstrable portfolio
