Development:**- Establish and maintain strong public relations within the GCC and MENA markets.- Develop and execute strategic plans for the brand?s expansion.- Lead brand growth and expand existing brands in GCC & MENA by recruiting new clients and driving sales.- Oversee e-commerce efforts, including recruiting marketplace clients, organizing sales meetings, and planning events.*Communication Skills:*- Craft specialized communications that effectively influence outcomes or decisions.- Develop and deliver confident and persuasive brand presentations.- Organize events and meetings to initiate business agreements with potential clients.*Strategic Management:*- Conduct business analysis and coordinate with the operations and marketing departments, as well as suppliers, to maximize sales in existing stores.- Visit and inspect stores to ensure proper operational function.- Analyze market trends and apply insights to areas of responsibility.- Provide statistical reports and recommendations to management and assist in developing marketing and operational plans.*Negotiation:*- Analyze market segments for potential new store locations and manage the launch of new brand locations, including communication and negotiation with mall leasing teams.- Oversee store opening procedures and supervision.- Negotiate agreements with new franchisees, distributors, and e-commerce marketplace clients.- Ensure compliance with the terms, conditions, and rules of all existing client agreements
