The successful candidate must have experience as a Restaurant Manager within full service casual dining. Experience in and Italian Restaurant is preferred but not essential. You will have experience managing a team of 20 or more. You must be a strong leader, with excellent communication skills, driven to provide the highest levels of services yourself and through your team. Experience in Dubai is essential.
