Position Title: Restaurant DirectorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 40K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:Leading FMCG in UAEOversee all the operational and commercial aspects of the restaurant division in the capacity of Acting Director, creating and implementing the annual operating plans that support the strategic direction of the Restaurant Division and submit the same to the board for approval and correlate with annual operating budgets to ensure financial and operations forecasting successfully meet business objectives.Preparation for the Budget, Profit & Loss, Budget Review and Forecasting of the business unit portfolio to strategically plan the aim target to achieve profit for the business.Initiate, produce and track promotional offers with the marketing manager and represent in all planning associated with each marketing event to maintain appropriateMonitor and manage the stores Profit and Loss statement and address any related issues with the Finance to ensure right accounting of sales and expenditure to achieved profit.Qualifications:Open to Arabic speakersMale, 45 years old and belowBachelors Degre in Business Management/Restaurant Management or any related coursesMinimum 10 years in F&B and at least 5 years as Restaurant DirectorCandidate must have an experience handling stand-alone restauarantsImmediate joiners will be prioritized
