Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resident Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to Manage Site Supervision.What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage the work of the site supervision team on the construction supervision of the road and infrastructure works.
  • Coordinate with other consultants and contractors on site to maintain consistency and integrity in the overall construction.
  • Review all shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, any requests for information relating to the roads and associated works.
  • Coordinate with Client/PMC and the concerned authorities.
  • Manage variation and cost on the project.
  • Review, monitor and report on the progress.
  • Chair regular site progress and technical meetings.
  • Manage safety and quality on site.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering construction-related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in field construction is required.
  • Experience in the construction of large infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent Communication skills and English language fluency.
