We are urgently looking for Reservations agents available for immediate joining and possess the below skills:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Answering and handling calls within 3 rings received via Hotlync in a professional and polite manner as per the standard of Reservation call handling script. Provide correct and requested information.
Updating Direct bookings received via telephone or E-mail from Direct individual guest by offering our best available rate/ room type with benefits and features.
Replying all email and Fax enquiries received on daily basis and taking necessary action
Quoting best available rate to the guests via e-mail or telephone with proper verbiage as given in Call handling script.
Filling booking correspondence in the Filling cabinet accordingly on daily basis. Ensuring confidentiality of guest information.
To be familiar and updated with all Promotional Offers available on our Brand website, OTAs, Corporates, Individuals and with Travel Agents that the Hotel work with including any contracted rate etc.
To be familiar with all the Market segments, Market codes and Source code to able to recognize the segment for which booking is requested and to apply rate or update booking as per the rate in the Opera system accordingly.
