Reservation AgentJob Location : UAEJob Purpose :?To handle reservation inquiries and to convert them into bookings?To process enquires, bookings, amendments and cancellations thereof in the most effective and timely manner?To establish, develop and maintain good working relations with the bookers of all clients of the hotel in support of the sales effort?To apply the yield strategies and policies of the hotel to ensure maximum occupancy/revenueRequired Qualifications :?Previous experience as a Reservation Agent?Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel?Previous experience in the Middle East/UAE?Good command of English (spoken/written), Arabic language skills a definite benefit?Time Management?Previous experience with Fidelio, ideally Opera?Computer Literate
