Key Accountabilities:? Work with Statutory COE team for external audit in supporting and coordinating various audit processes? Strong business partnership & governance with shared service center (CG), FSS and Stat COE in GMI.? Strong support on financial system maintenance & ensure the accuracy of financial master data.? Partnership with other GMI functions to improve the processes that interact with accounting and reporting.? Strong participant and involvement on the process of standardization, automation, and centralization to support global model.? Strong Collaboration with other reporting & corporate accounting accountant.Minimum Qualifications:? Excellent knowledge of accounting regulation and procedure, including GAAP? Bachelor?s degree in accounting? 3~4 years relevant experience & being technical experts in both local GAAP & US GAAP? Be agile, and strategic change focused? Results-oriented, proactive? Process and process improvement driven mindset? Well organized and able to manage and prioritize changing workload? English proficiency required? Experienced on ERP system (SAP) Preferred Qualifications:? Additional certification (CPA/AICPA)? Master?s degree in accounting? Ability to work with and influence different stakeholders
