Registered Nurse - DialysisJob Location : UAERoles and Responsibilities:?Prepares dialysis machines and other equipment prior usage?Accessing the patient for haemodialysis by strict aseptic technique through femoral, jugular and subclavian catheter?Providing comfortable and safety environment for the patient during dialysis?Conducts systematic assessment of patients including vital signs prior to treatment.?Formulates and implements a plan of care for the individual dialysis patient?Performs approved therapeutic or diagnostic and laboratory tests, based on the clinical condition of the patient inform immediately about critical value?Monitoring patient during dialysis and intervenes appropriately in any clinical emergency situation.?Educates the patient and families about their disease, care of their AV fistula treatment options, management, nutrition and lifestyle .?Maintain and manage the dialysis machines, systems and equipment with the help of the biomedical engineering team.Desired Candidate Profile:-?Bachelor of Science in Nursing?Minimum 3 Years of Experience is must in Dialysis?Ability to communicate effectively in English language
