Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager based in Dubai who can develop and execute a regional marketing plan designed to generate leads and pipeline for the region to support sales revenue and regional revenue & pipeline targets. The candidate shall collaborate with the Sales team to understand its key accounts, target accounts, pipeline coverage, sales priorities & to determine the best marketing strategy such as Digital Marketing, Field Marketing & activities like webinars, regional content syndication, and various end-user demand generation activities. The role also requires to work with channel partners and drive pipeline development activities across the region.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional sales leaders to establish marketing priorities & develop shared pipeline forecasts with Sales based on a solid understanding of the contributions of various marketing tactics executed by both field and Central marketing teams
  • Manage the regional budget to create a quarterly marketing investment plan for the region
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contribution to the business
  • Provide regional support for the PR strategy that is developed by corporate and executed by local agencies
  • Ensure that all leads generated in the region are assigned appropriately and receive timely follow-up
