Position: Team Leader - IT Recruitment Our global IT recruitment company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our IT recruitment division in our new Offices in Dubai. As a leader with our company, you will oversee a team of recruiters, attracting and identifying top talent in the IT industry and supporting some of the Worlds largest organisations throughout the EMEA Region. Responsibilities: - Lead, manage and motivate a team of IT recruitment consultants to achieve sales and revenue targets and support team success - Drive and improve team performance through performance management, coaching, training and development of recruitment consultants to maximise productivity, revenue and service excellence - Develop and deliver against annual business plans, budgets and targets, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives - Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures and best practices in all areas of recruitment activity, including candidate management, sourcing, screening, assessment, and selection procedures - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and expand the client base to achieve business objectives and maximise sales - Identify and implement operational improvements, ensuring consistently high levels of quality, professionalism and customer service - Manage resource allocation, scheduling, workload balancing to ensure effective delivery against SLAs and targets - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs, metrics, and other performance indicators to senior management - Take actions to mitigate and manage risk and ensure team compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business or related field - Experience of leading and managing a team of recruitment consultants - 5+ years experience of IT recruitment in a fast-paced agency environment - Proven success in achieving sales and revenue targets - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Strong business acumen and results orientation - Ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with leading-edge recruiting technology and tools - Availability to travel as needed Our company is seeking a skilled IT Recruitment Team Leader with a proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams to achieve challenging targets.
