•Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.•Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.•Maintains security by monitoring visitor’s logbook and issuing visitor’s badge before entering to our premises.•Schedule appointments as per CEO/CFO request / (personal related work) as his secretary.•Responsible for NOW HEALTH submission of reimbursement for the entire member.
