Real Estate Sales AssociateJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value hotels.?Be responsible for the endtoend management of deals for the sale of FIVE properties.?Meets income targets, deadlines, and work with m¡nimal supervision.?Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to the sale?Strong clients network in Abu Dhabi & Dubai?Able to use marketing channels to promote the available inventory.Job Details :?Previous experience in the hospitality Industry with relevant real estate background?Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships especially with business partners.?High level of passion in the Sales including F&B commercial, enthusiasm and drive for result?Experience selling hotel rooms would be a major plus.?Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.?Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.?Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
