Real Estate AdvisorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Prospect for potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and lead generation.•Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.•Conduct market research to assess property values and provide clients with accurate and uptodate information.•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and other industry professionals.•Prepare and present property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and virtual tours.•Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings.•Utilize real estate CRM systems to manage client interactions, appointments, and transactions.•Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.Requirements:•Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software.•Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
