Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrator cum Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the real estate team while assisting with client interactions, property listings, and sales-related activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)Prepare tenancy contracts, MOUs, and other relevant real estate documents.Coordinate property viewings and maintain daily schedules for agents.Assist in client follow-ups, inquiries, and basic negotiations.Handle office documentation, filing, and database organization.Support sales agents with listing photos, RERA forms, and marketing materials.Maintain excellent client service and ensure timely communication.Process Ejari registrations and DEWA connections as required.Manage office supplies, emails, and general admin tasks.RequirementsFilipino female, based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.Proven experience in real estate administration or sales support (minimum 2 years preferred).Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations, documentation, and portals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
