Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for experienced Quality Engineers (QA Engineers) to join a major digital transformation program in Dubai. The selected candidates will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance activities across business-critical licensing and permit services, ensuring high-quality releases and seamless user experiences.The role involves test planning, test execution, defect management, UAT support, integration testing, regression testing, and release readiness validation across multiple service releases.Key ResponsibilitiesReview business requirements and acceptance criteria to define test coverage.Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.Validate workflows, forms, notifications, integrations, user journeys, and role-based access controls.Coordinate defect logging, prioritization, retesting, and closure.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and stakeholders.Participate in release readiness reviews and go-live activities.Prepare testing reports, defect dashboards, and quality status updates.Support post-production validation and stabilization activities.Desired Candidate Profile4+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.Hands-on experience in functional and integration testing.Experience supporting UAT and business stakeholders.Experience managing defects throughout the testing lifecycle.Experience working on enterprise web applications, digital platforms, or large-scale business systems.Experience in government, public sector, licensing, permit, or citizen services platforms will be an advantage.
