Position OverviewWork Permit Type: Part-Time / Temporary / Full-Time (Full-Time work permit after 3 months of100% performance check as defined in company performance policy).Work Setup: Field-based role with remote flexibility. Minimal office presence required, allowingwork from various supplier locations across Dubai.Location: Primarily field-based across Dubai, engaging directly with suppliers, includingmanufacturers, wholesalers, and importers.Summary:The Purchase and Supplier Onboarding Field Executive is responsible for expanding AQAD?ssupplier network and ensuring the efficient onboarding of FMCG suppliers onto the AQAD mobileapplication platform. This role requires expertise in supplier relationship management, negotiation,and understanding of technology for supplier integration. Success in this role involves developingstrong supplier relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting suppliers in using theplatform for effective inventory management.Key Responsibilities1. Supplier Onboarding & Relationship BuildingIdentify and engage with potential FMCG suppliers, presenting AQAD?s platform as astreamlined solution for inventory management and order fulfillment.Conduct in-field training and demonstrations of AQAD?s mobile application, guidingsuppliers through account setup and app usage.2. Account Setup & DocumentationAssist suppliers in account creation, ensuring all required documents are collected andverified.Ensure suppliers understand platform features such as product catalog management,order tracking, and pricing adjustments.3. Supplier Account Management & SupportAct as the main point of contact for suppliers, providing ongoing support and resolvingany issues related to platform usage or order fulfillment.Monitor supplier activity on the platform, assisting with updates to product catalogs, stocklevels, and pricing as needed.4. Data Analysis & ReportingTrack supplier onboarding success, fulfillment rates, and account activity, providing regularreports to the Head of Supplier Onboarding.Collect and analyze feedback from suppliers to improve the onboarding process andenhance platform usability.5. Performance-Based KPI AchievementMeet monthly and quarterly targets for supplier onboarding, successful transactions, andoverall supplier engagement on the AQAD platform.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all procurement activities align with AQAD?soperational standards and business objectives.6. Supplier Training & SupportProvide training to suppliers on using AQAD?s platform for real-time inventory updates,order tracking, and payment processing.Offer continuous support to ensure that suppliers are well-integrated and can managetheir operations effectively through AQAD.
