Psychology TeacherJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated Psychology lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.•Implement effective teaching strategies and assessment methods to promote student understanding and academic progress.•Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.•Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including tests, projects, presentations, and class participation.•Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on student progress.•Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.•Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements and interdisciplinary projects.•Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in Psychology education.•Uphold the schools code of conduct and disciplinary policies.•Actively participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.•Contribute to the school community.•Assume responsibilities of MYP Math Teacher.•Assume responsibilities of Home Economics Teacher.•Assume responsibilities of Discipline Officer.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Psychology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.•Valid teaching certification/license.•Proven experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level.•Strong knowledge of Psychology curriculum and pedagogy.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.•Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.•Commitment to student success and well-being.•Experience with diverse student populations.•Ability to maintain student discipline.
