Property ManagerJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:?Cooperating with the CEO to set the PM department rules and policies.?Supervise prepare the units before move-in and move-out, and renovate after move-out.?Ensuring that the buildings operate according to Dubai government rules, by?preparing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), PPM (Preventive Maintenance?Plan as per DM (Dubai Municipality) standards for all buildings.?Prepare all buildings rules and policies, drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures.?Monitoring building maintenance budgets.?Arranging for building improvements.?Supervise the employees performance Evaluation and providing direction,?correction, or additional training, with the Cooperating of the human resources department.?Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or wear.Job Requirements:?UAE Driving license, owning a car is preferred.?Minimum 5 years Experience in Facility Management?2 years as Manager is required.?High level of personal responsibility displaying motivation, commitment, perseverance and conscientiousness?Willingness to work flexibly to support the overall aims of the company.?Experienced in department structure building, policy, regulation, work flow establishing.
