Property Leasing CoordinatorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesRole and Responsibilities :•Proficiently navigating the EJARI portal for creating, registering, renewing, and terminating leasing contracts.•Skillfully managing and monitoring all DREC properties on the WASL portal, including main and sublease registrations, renewals, and terminations.•Utilizing effective advertising, property viewings, and referral strategies to attract and secure new tenants.•Conducting property visits to ensure compliance with maintenance standards and identify improvement opportunities.•Collaborating with tenants to negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms.•Addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and conducting inspections of vacated units.•Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, overseeing contractor activities as needed.•Managing rent collection, addressing late payments, and overseeing operational expenses.•Maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions, leases, complaints, maintenance activities, etc.•Initiating lease terminations and managing eviction processes, when required.•Ensuring accurate maintenance of property documents, such as title deeds and valuation records.•Preparing and maintaining comprehensive property reports.Requirements :•A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate Property industry.•Proficiency in using the Dubai Real Estate Corporation and EJARI portals.•A valid RERA agent ID and current knowledge of RERA rules and regulations.•An in-depth understanding of the UAE property market.•Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.Desirable Skills :•A UAE driving license.•A business development mindset.•Additional certifications related to Property/Asset management.
