With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting a Project Manager for our client to be based out in Al-Ain, UAEAs a Project Manager, you will be crucial to project delivery, concentrating on administrative, operational, and execution tasks to provide Design & Build as well as Operation & Maintenance services for clients in Al Ain.To prepare, plan, and execute contracted services, manage service delivery teams, generate weekly / monthly reports on tasks and budget, and request necessary parts and consumables. Employ project management tools to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.Job Purpose:

  • Develop and submit the annual preventive maintenance plan for all electricity assets using the Computerized Maintenance & Material Management System (CMMMS), and update it based on the Electricity Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Directorates needs.
  • Coordinate with departments to assess their future maintenance and planning needs for the Electricity Network quota.
  • Oversee reports comparing actual work to planned work to aid in creating the annual program for Electricity Operation & Maintenance.
  • Coordinate with operations and network distribution management to obtain approval for work orders.
  • Manage spare parts and materials for all maintenance activities within the Electricity Operations & Maintenance Directorate.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on preventive and corrective maintenance for substations, including material and equipment usage, and future work recommendations, to the Department Head.
  • Supervise staff, direct work, review activities, ensure performance efficiency, and manage related tasks.
  • Approve safety documents and equipment shutdowns, provide technical advice, and maintain daily coordination records.
  • Review and comment on daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including system evaluations and activity reports, and escalate issues to management.
  • Adhere to HSE guidelines and procedures, ensuring the use of protective clothing and safety tools to prevent work-related hazards.
  • Assistance in the CAPEX and OPEX budget. Material and Purchase Requisitions.
