Employment: Full Time - Knowledge of Swimming Pool Installation, Maintenance, Construction, Estimation and Planning- Project resources planning and scheduling- Ensuring project execution within time and budget- Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations.- Ensuring that all material used are as per the specification- Responsible for testing and commissioning of the projects- Liaising with clients and their representative- Managing and monitoring the contract design documents- Liaising with any parties involved in the project sign and calculation- Provide guidance , managerial and technical support to the team- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied- Monitoring the allocated budget is properly utilized- Ensure all the health and safety REQUIREMENTS: - Swimming Pool background- REQUIREMENTS Analysis- Design skills- Project management- Manufacturing methods & procedures- Process improvement- Technical understanding- Documentation skills- Safety management- Supervision and CAD
