Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.Manage project execution from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project workflow and address any discrepancies.Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, tender documents, and contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in project engineering and cost estimation within the construction industry.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
