Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Product Registration & Label Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end regulatory processes related to product registration, label approvals, and Arabic label permits. This role requires meticulous planning and close coordination with inspection teams to ensure all compliance aspects are addressed before product arrival and inspection.Product Registration:Complete product registration with Dubai Municipality.Liaise with suppliers to gather required documentation.Ensure all registrations are completed prior to shipment dispatch.Label Assessment & Compliance:Review and validate product labels for compliance with UAE regulations.Coordinate with internal teams to correct and finalize labels ahead of time.Track and file all label approvals for audit purposes.Arabic Label Permit:Apply for Arabic label permits as required by local authorities.Ensure all permits are obtained well in advance of inspection or clearance.Monitor permit validity and renewal timelines.Inspection Readiness & Coordination:Work proactively with the inspection and quality control teams prior to scheduled inspections.Confirm that all documents, registrations, and labeling are in place to avoid delays or rejections.Support any additional documentation or clarification needed during inspections.Documentation & Planning:Plan all compliance and registration steps in advance of shipment arrivals.Maintain organized records of all approvals, permits, and correspondence.Flag delays or gaps in documentation and escalate to concerned stakeholders.Desired Candidate Profile4-5 years of experience in food product registration, labeling, or regulatory complianceMandatory hands-on experience with Montaji (Dubai Municipality portal)Strong understanding of UAE food import regulations and processesDetail-oriented with excellent coordination and follow-up skillsProficiency in Arabic is a plus.
