Procurement Officer – Food IndustryJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesUAE experience is MandatoryResponsibilities:•Process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) within 3-4 working days, ensuring timely material delivery as per specifications.•Procure materials economically, beating budget and market prices, while maintaining complete purchase records by project and item.•Monitor project material costs against the approved budget and prepare monthly savings reports.•Coordinate with departments (Technical, Planning, Factory, Store) to clarify material specifications and delivery needs.•Manage supplier relations, ensuring timely delivery and addressing issues like shortages or defects.•Source new products and suppliers, negotiating better prices, terms, and delivery services.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in relevant field•Awareness of local and international procurement sources.•Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience•Previous experience in Foods direct and indirect procurement
