Procurement OfficerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and execute procurement strategies for fit-out materials and services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.•Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors specializing in interior fit-out.•Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet project deadlines.•Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring materials meet project specifications.•Monitor and manage stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse team.•Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.•Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.•Collaborate closely with project managers and other departments to understand material requirements and timelines.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.•3-5 years of procurement experience within the interior fit-out industry .•Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.•Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and regulations.•Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.•Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.•Fluency in English and Hindi
