Procurement ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies tailored to AL AMEENs operations.•Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with international and local suppliers.•Evaluate and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and contract terms.•Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in the procurement process while maintaining quality.•Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions.•Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory to ensure transparency and accountability.•Analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain.•Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies in all procurement activities.•Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team (if applicable).Qualifications :•Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).•Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.•Strong knowledge of procurement principles, supply chain management, and contract management.•Excellent negotiation and communication skills.•Proficient in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).•Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.•Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in procurement.
