Procurement EngineerJob Location : UAEJob responsibility:?Preparation of RFQ using BOQ, Specs, related drawings, tender addendums, and PTC?Coordinate with the Technical, Commercial and Cost Control Department for the documents required to initiate the Procurement Process?Float Inquiries to the subcontractors & suppliers for quotations?Clarify the queries of the Subcontractor as RFI in coordination with the Project Team?Prepare a comparison sheet for the selection of the Subcontractors?Negotiate prices, payment terms and contract conditions with subcontractors?Preparing LOI and Subcontract agreementsRequirements:?Diploma/Bachelor?s Degree Civil Engineering?5-8 years? proven experience as a procurement engineer in CIVIL construction projects, not . This is mandatory and candidates with Procurement experience will be automatically rejected.?UAE experience is a must?Being in a grace period (redundant, resignation) or on Visit Visa is a PLUS.?Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
