We are seeking for a well-organized self-starter with great attention to detail to join our team as the new planning engineer with minimum of 5-6 Years Experience.Planning Engineer Responsibilities:?Prepare, develop & issue planning package as per standard project management practice, contractual terms & conditions and receiving approval from the client within the stipulated period of the contract.?Planning, Scheduling and Progress Monitoring as per Baseline for Engineering, Procurement & Construction.?Preparing and monitoring 3 Month Look Ahead & 2 Week Look Ahead Plan Vs Actual, also weekly tracking for project commodities and presenting them in bars/curves.?Continuous monitoring for Latest IFC?s and work front to be provided to subcontractors.?Highlighting the Project delays and recommending the corrective action to be taken for achieving the Project Completion Date.?Tracking/Monitoring for long lead materials.?Preparing list of Engineering, Procurement and Construction deviations as per contract for extra claims and taking approval from client.?Preparing detailed Construction Shutdown Micro Schedule (Hourly basis) with Manpower and Resources. Close monitoring of shutdown activities and reporting to client and internal management.?Reviewing contractor?s report - Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports (Histogram/ S-curve) with respect to plan vs actual progress charts and highlighting the delays for recovery.?Prepare the cost breakdown structure (CBS), monitoring and issuing the monthly cost report of EPC contractor, PMT and owner cost for management information.?Providing the forecast budget information and monitoring cost control register (CCR).?Preparing Payment Proposals / Project Bills to client, raising invoice for receiving the Payment Certificate.
