Employment: Full Time Welcome visitors to the school and register them, following student protection proceduresRespond to telephone/email enquiries from parents and publicUse Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel, to help support the schools administrative teamAssist with all administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, etcAssist in locating students when reported missing from classUnderstand data protection and confidentialityCreate and distribute the schools daily briefingWork to deadlines in a calm and confident manner when under pressureAssist with school events such as Parent Open Days and School Performances.Carry out any such task as shall be deemed necessary to the smooth running of the schoolHandle emergency procedures fire drills, lockdown etcAssist Head of School with administrationAll desk duties including calling parents for absentees and also writing to parents for day to day enquiriesManage early pick up and sick children sign outWeekly attendance reports and sending out letters regarding lateness for studentsResponsible for filing and document management of unexplained absences, leave forms and late attendancesLiaise with teachers, SLT, administration team, Admissions, facilities and general management on a daily basis REQUIREMENTS: Excellent command of the English land ArabicExcellent telephone mannerHighly organizedExperienced in MicrosoftGood-naturedWell-groomed and courteousUnderstanding of general reception tasks with excellent customer facing skillsA multi-tasker able to support the Management Team with administrationAbility to build personal relationships
