Performance Marketing Assistant Manager Home Care page is loadedPerformance Marketing Assistant Manager Home CarelocationsDubai, United Arab Emirates time typeVollzeit posted onHeute ausgeschrieben job requisition idR-44721Key Responsibilities:Drive and execute full funnel Performance Marketing planning and execution acrosson- platform, off platform&Searchfor the Personal Care category in Arabia to deliver best in class ROAS. *Build performance marketing strategiesacross brand, customer, and shopper JTBD, leveraging search, display, and performance media and align with key stakeholders.* Work with Media, D-com & DMCH Managers totranslate d-com business priorities into performance strategyto accelerate growth across shopper platforms through full funnel conversion.*Understand & Leverage retailer platform functionalities especially Amazon search and mediato deliver ROAS on Unilever media investment on the retailer platform.*Plan and create platform off retailer campaignsleveraging advertising partner capabilities across Google Search, Meta, Snap and others.*DriveIn-flight optimizationson creatives, placements, target audience and landing page and other opportunities working with media agency and PRM data lead.* Work with content partners to deliver content in line with the signed off plan.*Drive performance media innovationwith a testing, iterate and learning agenda to pilot new Adtech with retailers and established/ un-tested advertising solutions with partners.*Define A/B testing opportunities(audience segments, channel and content) and building into media & content execution plans.*Codify the learning/results from each campaignand use the evaluation to sharply what works and constantly recommend optimization plan to course correct on campaigns that are not performing.* Work with DMCH & Media managers tocreate capability/training sessionsas needed to upskill brand teams on performance marketing.Key Deliverables:Increase d-com sales attributed to performance marketing and deliver ROAS in line with business targets. Improvement of campaign efficiencies ? via optimizations and best practice. Drive innovation, testing and learning in partnership with retailers Ad tech and advertiser partners. Drive strong partnership with global Performance Marketing teams to keep up visibility for PC Arabia.Key Partnerships:* Media Manager & Media Agency Partners* D-comm & B2C channel leads* Brand TeamsKey Skills & Experience:* A minimum of 4 years of hands-on performance marketing, digital media experience is a must* Working knowledge of Retailer / Omni Media ad products and tools in the region and an excellent understanding of Amazon Search, media & Adtech products.* Previous experience within ecommerce platform or media agency is an advantage* Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment* Eager to take smart risks and champion new ideas Vielfalt ist Teil unserer Kultur!
