Parts Procurement OfficerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors for parts and components.•Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.•Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of parts.•Monitor market trends and supplier performance to secure the best deals.•Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.•Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to forecast demand.•Track orders and ensure on-time delivery to meet operational needs.•Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.•Resolve supplier issues (delays, defects, pricing disputes) promptly.•Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.•Ensure procured parts meet quality standards and specifications.•Verify supplier certifications and compliance with company policies.•Maintain accurate procurement records for audits and reporting.Qualifications & Skills:•Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.•Experience: 2+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred).•Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.•Knowledge of inventory management systems.•Strong negotiation and communication skills.•Analytical mindset with attention to detail.•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
