- Keeping informed on all relevant issues pertaining to emergency medical care, informs Security Manager and the Hotel Manager if a potential hygiene / safety hazard has been identified.- Being able to commence stock take of the clinic once every month.- Training and refresher course of ambassadors in First aid, CPR and AEDs.- Keeping of Health and Safety in the work place, as well as providing information relating to medical, safety and health care issues.- Monitoring and refilling of all the First Aid boxes in the Hotel and ensures the maintenance thereof.- Always keep updated with new medical, health and safety developments through literature, discussion forums and continued medical education.- To participate in ensuring that the department operational budget is strictly adhered to, all costs are controlled and expenditures are approved.- To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Assistant and Security Manager.
