Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow sales across assigned territories within the UAE.Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and trading companies.Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.Expand product distribution, market coverage, and brand visibility.Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.Promote and sell bedding and home textile products to retail, wholesale, and institutional customers.Execute new product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.Monitor stock availability and coordinate with customers to minimize stock-outs.Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective actions where required.Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.Prepare accurate sales forecasts and demand plans.Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection from customers.Submit daily sales reports, market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.3?7 years of UAE sales experience in Bedding, Home Textiles, Household Textiles, Furnishing, or related industries.Strong knowledge of the UAE retail, wholesale, distributor, and trading markets.Existing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and trading companies will be an advantage.Proven experience in outdoor/field sales and business development.Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.Good commercial and market understanding.UAE Driving License is mandatory.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Preferred Industry ExperienceBedding & Bed LinenHome TextilesTowels & Bath LinenBlankets & ComfortersBedspreads & DuvetsCurtains & Soft FurnishingsHousehold TextilesHome Furnishing ProductsTextile Trading & DistributionDepartment StoresHypermarketsRetail & Wholesale
