Oracle HCM ConsultantWe are hiring an Oracle HCM Consultant for a leading UAE investment company with a diverse investment portfolio across many sectors.ÿResponsibilitiesProvide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert to support the team through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle forÿOracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects MENA RegionÿIdentify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionalityÿConduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projectsIdentify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, and build extensions for themÿAdvise HCM team on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systemsÿConfigure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-upsÿWrite business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projectsÿDevelop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projectsÿImplement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projectsÿAssist the HCM team in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projectsÿSupport client with the execution of test scriptsÿRequirementsConsultants with 10+ years of implementation experience in HCM area - Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management with with a minimum of 3 years of experience with Fusion HCM applications as a Functional ConsultantÿShould have worked on at least two implementations of Fusion HCM applicationÿExperience in capturing business requirements, working with client key stakeholders, and conducting workshopsÿExperience in Oracle Fusion business process configuration, Workflows, Security and other required configurationsÿShould have worked in handling inbound and outbound interfaces via cloud integration tools like OCI.ÿShould have good knowledge of Data loading tools like - HCM Data LoaderÿFull understanding of Software Development Life CycleÿAbility to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levelsÿAbility to interact with customers, and communicate with IT, HR.
