Employment: Full Time Our group of cloud restaurants with multiple locations specialising in delivery is looking for an experienced operations manager to join their team and assist with the development and launch of new and management of existing brands.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the operations of 3 branches in terms of all manuals, logs, paperwork and HACCP health and safetyImplementing and maintaining budgets and P&L for all brands and branchesPlanning and executing the launch of new brands and locationsRecruitment and management of existing team membersManaging events, photoshoots, food tastings and costingSourcing and managing suppliers and overall procurementReporting directly to the Brand Director Salary: AED 14,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Health insurance, Meal Plan REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for someone highly motivated, dynamic and experienced to join our boutique company. The right candidate needs to be able to work with supervision, meet daily and weekly targets, be results-focused and be confident managing a team of 12+ kitchen staff. As our company is fast-expanding we need someone adaptable, committed and highly focused.The ideal candidate will have:Excellent written and spoken English, excellent administration and organisational skillsMinimum 8 years experience in similar role and have experience of the home delivery marketMinimum 3 years experience within the UAE, be based inside the country and have a drivers licenseBe an excellent strategist, self-starter and have interpersonal skills and willingness to talk to clients and host staff meetingsIdeally be a European national
