Role Requirements:- 10+ years of working experience with a proven track record in program management or related area in operations leading large scale, high risk, or strategic projects - Field experience in sales, services, or success delivery a plus - Experience with business ca se creation, analysis, and research - Strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders - Cloud Architecture knowledge - Experience leading customer and partner engagements - Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as, project charter, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, and schedule - Demonstrated experience leading cross functional , virtual teams within a formalized methodology - Ability to bring business requirements and technical design together and deliver on time and in the budget under high management attention - Strong network within SAP - Fluency in English is a prerequisite, further EMEA South relevant languages are a plus EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES- University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related area - Knowledge of and competency in project management processes - Knowledge of the strategic and operational issues of project management - Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change - Ability to translate diverse business needs into a format for an objective decision making - Analytical and problem-solving skills with methodological background in areas of Operations - Ability to drive and execute topics self-dependent and turn into action and tangible results - Proven ability to work with virtual and distributed teams - PMP and/or other project management certification preferredWe are SAPSAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
