AED 9000 per month.The RoleLeading trading company in Dubai is seeking highly motivated and organised individual to cover all aspects of Import and Export Operations for ocean and road shipments for its Dubai office.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering emails, talking to shipping companies on the phone across the world, preparing Sales Contracts, checking Letter of Credits, preparing documents, Invoices, packing lists, Certificate of Origin against L/Cs for presentation to banks. Coordinating shipments with consignees. Corresponding with overseas clients. Work experience inAccounts and Finance will be added advantage.Requirements3 to 5 years experience in handlingImport / Export shipping documents in UAE. Experience of the customs documentation process. Be able to work independently, multi-task, be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
