Previous experience in large Nurseries would be a considerable advantage, along with being a strong leader and able to be pro-active and motivated.Ideally seeking candidates who hold a degree in Early Childhood / Education, or similar provided they hold a certified professional certificate in Early Childhood Leadership (Level 5). You will have experience in early childhood/education and have a good understanding of local regulatory requirements, curriculum, and policies and procedures related to the care and protection of children.
