Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to individuals who are unable to care for themselves due to age and illness. Your role will be to assist with personal care and medication management. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide assistance with mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report any changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and respect for clients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or home health aide preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or individuals with chronic illnesses preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach.
  • Work Environment:
  • Work will primarily be performed in client home.
The job is located in Baku. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 per month Experience: Nurse/Caregiver: 1 year (Required)
