VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.VAM Systems is currently looking for MS CRM Team Leader (offshore-WFH) for our UAE operations with the following skill set & terms and conditions:Qualifications and Skills?Leadership Skills.?Motivational Skills.Roles & Responsibility:?Strong experience in Dynamics 365 the CRM Microsoft product (online and offline)?At least 6 to 10 years of experience in CRM.?working hours on Lebanon Time zone?Very good knowledge in experience in Software Development?Very good knowledge in customization on Dynamics?Very good knowledge in FDD, FRD, SDD, Microsoft TFS?Very good knowledge in Plugin?Very good knowledge in Scrum methodology?Very good knowledge in APIs?Very good knowledge with module?Very good level of English required C1/C2 (Arabic speaking is a plus but not mandatory)?Excellent writen and oral communication skills?Excellent team work skillsPrimary ObjectiveThe main role of a Team Leader isin charge of a team of developers to execute projects withinbudget and time. He / she needs to interact with the client, the development manager, theproduct / project manager, and the developers. He / she is involved in the technical andbusiness analysis of modules and the definition of projects iterations.Main Duties and Responsibilities?Analyses business and technical requirements.?Reviews and provides feedback on the FRD.?Responsible for the creation of the functional design document (FDD) after reviewing the (FRD).?Own and report on project status and coordinate with product and development managers on?project cost and timeline.?Create a development project plan and ensure that all tasks are delivered on time, within scope?and within budget, in coordination with the product manager and the development manager:?Task assignment to team members on a weekly basis?Writing technical analysis document?Supervises and contributes to the project simulation.?Regular review of the work before delivery to QA department?Make sure standard coding guidelines are applied through code reviews and audit.?Make sure programmers are doing unit testing.?Control conformity with FDD?Delivery of clear Documentation?Participate in the development of modules.?Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.?Answers team member questions, helps with their problems, and oversees their work for quality?and guideline compliance.?Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.?Conduct team meetings regularly to follow up on the weekly plan.?Motivate team members to achieve organizational goals (namely productivity and PNL).?Participates in the team evaluations.Skills?Decision-making skills.?Sense of ownership.?Strong Oral, written and presentation skills.?Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.?Good time-management skills.?Good knowledge of Microsoft TFS and related software methodology practices?Bachelor degree in computer science or related fieldTerms and conditionsJoining time frame: (15 - 30 days)The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
