Following will be for Motor Insurance Account Executive:Exp 2-3 years

Work involves outbound calls and servicing incoming queries on motor, home & travel insurance products
Handling telephone/email and face to face queries
Responsible for negotiating the premiums and covers with insurance companies.
Preparing covers comparisons and constantly engaging with every lead, emailing and following up daily in order to convert the maximum number of deals
Provide compelling service from the first introductory phone call to all the way to issuing the policy.
Following up with Home & Travel insurance customers as and when needed
Generate leads and do cross sell
Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Add (apart from mentioned below) in Requirement:

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse clearly, positively, and effectively.
Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
Proven experience (minimum 1 year) within the Motor Insurance industry.
Confident, competitive and energetic over the phone.
Strong ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Experience in generating new business and relationships.
Possesses a high level of professionalism, assertiveness and honest
